Dissertasiyanın məqsədi enerji qiymətlərindəki dalğalanmaların ölkəmizdə istehlak xərclərinə və inflyasiyaya təsiri ilə bağlı həm nəzəri, həm də praktik aspektləri diqqətlə araşdıraraq ekonometrik bir yanaşma inkişaf etdirməkdir. Bu məqsədə çatmaq üçün aşağıdakı vəzifələr göstərilmişdir:
1. Azərbaycan Respublikasında enerji qiymətlərinin dəyişməsinin istehlak xərclərinə
və inflyasiyaya təsirini araşdırmaq üçün ekonometrik modelin hazırlanması;
2. Müxtəlif testlər vasitəsilə multifaktorial modelin əhəmiyyətinin qiymətləndirilməsi;
3. Dəyişən enerji qiymətlərinin ölkəmizdə istehlak xərclərinə və inflyasiyaya təsirinin təhlili və idarəetmə sisteminə inteqrasiyası ilə bağlı mövcud modelin proqnozlaşdırılması.

The dissertation aims to develop an econometric approach by carefully examining both theoretical and practical aspects of the impact of fluctuations in energy prices on consumer spending and inflation in our country. To achieve this goal, the following tasks have been set: - Development of an econometric model to investigate the impact of changes in energy prices on consumer spending and inflation in the Republic of Azerbaijan; - Assessment of the significance of the multifactorial model through various tests; - Forecasting the existing model for the analysis of the impact of changing energy prices on consumer spending and inflation in our country and its integration into the management system.
