Abstract
This guideline has been prepared within the framework of the project “EU4Dialogue:
improving exchanges across the divide through education and culture” organized by
National Library of Latvia. The purpose of the document is to prepare guidelines for the long
term preservation of academic and digital heritage of Azerbaijan universities. The main
audience of this guideline are university libraries.
